EBP-435_Expansion District heating, Tscharnergut, Master builders' works
The object of procurement is basically the creation of a work. The scope of the plant includes the necessary construction work for the installation of new district heating pipes, replacement of gas and water pipes as well as the construction of electric pipe blocks in the Perimeter Tscharnergut near Bern. Specifically, the subject of the procurement includes the following services: Road construction: - Creation of fossils - Creation of vertical offsets - Installation of coverings - excavation work (including pipe wrapping and refilling work) for the installation of district heating gas and water pipes and for the replacement of the Elektrotrassee. Incl. demolition, disposal and restoration of decking surfaces, edge closures, garden areas, etc. - Trenchless propulsion for the creation of grid connections - Supply and installation of cable protection pipes for Elektrotrassee as well as the creation of the new pipe block (incl. foundations for VK, foundations for Kandelaber, creation of electric shafts and TS). - Aid for pipe contractors (water and district heating)
