Description

The ‘Casa Luna’ youth welfare institution is currently being set up on the property (4,746 m2). For this purpose, the undeveloped land in the open-air areas, which has been undeveloped since 2011, is completely redesigned and laid out after the building was demolished. The outdoor facilities can be divided into 3 sections in their respective function: -Southern part with play areas, green climbing walls (in front of the building), small playing field, tree plateaus, basketball and barbecue areas, etc. - middle part: concerns the courtyard area with paving surfaces, seating, raised beds, etc. - northern part: concerns the front garden area with new access and access, car and bicycle parking spaces, garbage storage areas, bicycle shed with green roof, etc. In addition, due to the simulation concerning heavy rain events (sh. heavy rain hazard map FHH Portal) created a trough over the entire length of the gondola from north to south for the so-called ‘wild water’.
