Description

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of six framework agreements each with one contractor for the supply of various accessories for the Heckler & Koch MP5 machine guns. These are framework agreements covering the following supplies:
— Bearings MP5 single/two-point fastening (lot 1),
— Assembly rail Vung MP5, picatinny recording and hole (lot 3),
— Reflexviser, with picatinny assembly (lot 4),
— Functional hand protector MP5 with 3 picatinny recordings (lot 5),
— Short front handle, with Picatinny assembly (lot 6) and
— Firelight with picatinny assembly (lot 7).
Out of each of the six above-mentioned accessories, the contracting authority will be bound to order 3000 items by the contractor. In addition, the contracting authority may, if necessary, retrieve an additional 9000 items from each of the seven accessories mentioned above during the duration of the contract. There is therefore no acceptance obligation on the contracting authority for the above 9000 hrs.
