Description

Het werk is onderdeel van de gebiedsontwikkeling Oosterland in Mijdrecht. Het Oosterland is gelegen ten westen van de gemeente en is momenteel een glastuinbouwgebied. In dit gebied worden circa 800 woningen ontwikkeld en gerealiseerd. Deze ontwikkeling zal gefaseerd plaatsvinden, er zijn 11 deelgebieden voorzien. Het werk van onderhavige aanbesteding betreft deelgebied 5, 6 en de ontsluitingsweg. De werkzaamheden bestaan in hoofdzaak uit: - terrein- en opbreekwerkzaamheden - egaliseren terrein - opschonen, ontgraven en dempen van watergangen - ontgraven en aanvullen rioolsleuven, nutstracé's en wegcunetten - aanbrengen van verticale en horizontale drainage - aanbrengen van zand en grond ten behoeve van voorbelasting - aanbrengen van zakbaken, peilbuizen en waterspanningsmeters - monitoren van zettingen Omvang wordt bekend gemaakt bij aankondiging.
