The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of investor supervision of construction works together with the verification of technical documentation for the task ‘Extension of district road No 2178 R covering the streets of gen. J. Jasiński and Topolowa in Przemyśl in km from 0+000.00 to 1+861.00 and from 2+060.00 to 2+664.00"’ The Contractor will be responsible, inter alia, for: 1) performing the function of a supervising inspector, 2) verification of the project documentation being prepared, 3) settlement of the contract for works subject to supervision, 4) commissioning the completed facility for use in a state free from defects and defects, 5) performing other activities referred to in the description of the subject of the contract and the contract for construction works, 6) supporting the Ordering Party in all technical, administrative and financial activities related to the implementation of the task.
