1.The subject-matter of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a digital X-ray apparatus with DR detectors for the SPSK operating unit in Otwock.
2.The contracting authority informs that the x-ray equipment offered should be a medical device within the meaning of the Medical Devices Act of 20 May 2010 (Journal Of Laws 2017, item 211).
