Media technology, event technology
Description of the service: The Laeiszhalle as a concert hall of world renown has been extensively renovated for several years. This also applies to media, event and network technology as well as cable infrastructure. The entire house and the outdated or partly non-existent technology should be brought up to date. This includes virtually all relevant trades, such as electrics, offsets, house lighting, SAA, BMA, IT infrastructure, guest Wi-Fi, fixed sound systems, camera systems, etc. This service package here specifically includes a central media control with inspection desks for both halls and mobile control with interfaces to many other trades such as house lighting and air conditioning / ventilation. The goal is the simple and efficient use of the new technology for different user groups of different experience levels from simple to complex. As a basis, a completely new Ethernet network including technical WLAN is installed, which serves only the event technology and is optimized with the Dante and SDVoE protocols for the transmission of audio, video and control signals, but also serves the lighting technology and the intercom system also included in this package. In addition, the lighting control creates an infrastructure for the professional management of scenic lighting. The also planned new headlights will be advertised later and are not part of this performance. The media control is complemented by wireless microphone systems in each room for easy sound reinforcement, an auracast-based system for barrier-free listening, a central AV server, etc. Key works: Installation and commissioning: • A central media control with two inspection desks for the Small Hall and the Large Hall, wall tableau for Studio E and mobile control in general, as well as various additional components. • An Ethernet network with redundant core and fiber-optic backbone for broadband AVoverIP use as a basis for trades in event technology (sound, video, light, control, intercom, etc.) • An intercom system with fixed call stations and wireless belt packs, as well as IP-based call speakers. • A system for controlling the show light in the Great Hall, Small Hall and Studio E (Scenic Lighting) including distribution components.
