Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für die Technische Ausrüstung Heizung_Lüftung_Sanitär_Gebäudeautomation nach § 55 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 15.1 für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 für den Umbau & Sanierung eines Verwaltungs-, und Seminargebäudes, Sattlergasse 2-6, in Ulm. Der Gebäudekomplex soll mit der geplanten Umbau-und Sanierungsmaßnahme zum -Haus der Familien- werden.
