This document includes a project to build a psychiatric facility in Quiévrechain: : a Centre Médico-Psychologique (CMP) and therapeutic apartments. At the current stage of the programme of the operation, the dimensions to be taken into consideration are of the order of 757 m2 SDO built: 515 m2 SDO for the CMP. 242 m2 SDO for therapeutic apartments. The share allocated to the works in the estimated financial envelope of the operation is estimated at EUR 2 300 000 excluding VAT in May 2025 value, including the costs of depollution (including the addition of new land). The overall duration of the contract is estimated at 34 months according to the following timetable: Estimated date of notification of the project management contract: May 2026.
