Description

Public service concession procedure pursuant to Order No 2016-65 of 29.1.2016, Decree No 2016-86 of 1.2.2016 and Articles L.1411-1 et s. and R.1411-1 et s. of the CGCT. The contract which is the subject of this invitation to tender constitutes a public service concession for the production, supply and distribution of drinking water within the meaning of the abovementioned Order of 29.1.2016. In view of the investments to be made, part of which will be borne financially by the concessionaire, this concession, which will take effect from 26.2.2018, will be for a period of 10 years. The estimated value of the concession is calculated in accordance with Article 7 of Decree No 2016-86 of 1.2.2016 and takes into account the total estimated turnover over a period of 10 years, in 2017 values on the basis of a calculation in constant euros, without indexation or updating. Variants are permitted.
