Description

The subject of this above-threshold supply contract is the purchase and delivery of food (non-alcoholic beverages and wine) for the needs of the Purpose Facility of the Office of the National Council of the Slovak Republic Častá - Papiernička, 900 89 Častá, district Pezinok. The subject of the contract also includes services related to the transport, loading and unloading of the delivered goods to the place of delivery. The detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract (type composition of the range of foodstuffs, specification and quantity) is contained in Section IV. entitled ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ of the procurement documents and Section V. entitled ‘Terms and conditions’ of the procurement documents. The contract is divided into two (2) separate lots.
