Description

18 x 7 support is needed to cover the tasks in the DBC hotline. The main task is to receive, process and document all requests to the DBC hotline and monitor server systems through different monitoring systems. The Hotline will provide First Level Support for all requests from headquarters and domestic and foreign studios. During special events (e.g. elections, major sporting events), the DBC hotline must also be manned 24x7.
In addition to the DBC hotline, the IT studio service is to be provided from 14:00 to 22:30. The main task of the IT studio service is to set up and transfer a functional IT terminal environment to the TV studios of the broadcasting premises in the broadcasting centre 1.
