The contracting authority divided the contract into individual lots as follows: - Lot 1: Purchase of RTG apparatus with C arch with maintenance for the needs of abdominal, urological and plastic surgery, - Lot 2: Purchase of an RTG apparatus with a C bow with maintenance for the needs of orthopedics. The subject of the public contract for lot 1 is the purchase of used equipment, year of production 2018 or later, which must be in perfect working condition and preventive maintenance of the equipment for a period of 5 years from the handover of the equipment. The subject of the public contract for lot 2 is the purchase of used equipment, year of production 2019 or later, which must be in perfect working condition and preventive maintenance of the equipment for a period of 5 years from the handover of the equipment. Tenderers may offer the equipment which is the subject of this contract in its entirety or for a particular lot. The subject of the contract is defined in more detail in the Specification of the requirements of the contracting authority.
