Description

EKA Digirata Notified Body (NoBo) assessment body services, in accordance with CCS TSI (CCS-TSI) (EU) 2016/919 as amended 2019/776, the EC verification covers the Control-Command and Signalling Trackside Subsystem (ETCS level 2, Baseline 3 (Publication R2), System version 2.1 (System version SV)). In accordance with CCS TSI 2023/1695, the content of the EC verification of NoBon includes the verification of debugging. NoBo works on those parts of the system as a whole that are subject to NoBo verifications in accordance with the CCS TSI. The Assignment includes the following options: In phase two 06/2028 (option 1), the system will be upgraded and taken into use with Hybrid Train Detection (HTD) functionality, which will enable the capacity characteristics of the railway network, level crossing and personal safety as well as automations to be taken to the best possible level in the future. In phase three 09/2029 (option 2), the system is planned to be upgraded and implemented via the “System Uppgrade (ETCS version 3.0)” to comply with the new TSI: CCS TSI (EU) 2023/1695.
