Description

The Mixed Concession Contract which is the subject of this consultation is a private law contract covered by the Public Procurement Code. The procurement procedure shall be governed by the normal procedure laid down in Chapters I to V of Title II of Book I of Part Three of the Public Procurement Code. The site of Aéroports de Lyon is part of the airport public domain. The Contract will carry authorization to occupy the public domain. In accordance with Article R. 312311 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation procedure is a restricted procedure: only five applications selected on the basis of the criteria set out in the additional advertisement will be admitted to submit a tender. On the basis of this notice, candidates therefore submit an application file containing the elements mentioned in section II.4 of the additional publicity on the basis of which the granting authority will proceed, on the basis of these criteria, to the selection of applications. The consultation documents will be sent only to candidates admitted to submit a tender. Following the submission of tenders, the granting authority will have the option of organising a negotiation in accordance with the arrangements to be specified in the tender phase consultation documents.
