The City of Kokkola requests offers for cleaning materials and supplies, waste bags and tissue papers to be used by the City of Kokkola and other joint buyers for the period 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2027, after which the contract can be extended by a separate decision of the buyer with an option of 3 (1+1+1) years. In the case of option years, the contract shall be governed by the old terms and conditions in force at the end of the contract period.
