The evaluation of the tenders and the selection of the most advantageous tender will be carried out separately for each lot. If the Contractor submits a tender for more lots than required, i.e. a maximum of 4 lots, the Contracting Authority will reject the tender. 4.4 A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ and in the model contract Appendix No 6 to the SWZ 40. FINAL INFORMATION 40.1 The Ordering Party does not provide for: 40.1.1. the conclusion of a framework agreement; 40.1.2. submission of variants; 40.1.3. settlement in foreign currencies; 40.1.4. electronic auction 40.1.5. reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings; 40.1.6. the requirement or possibility to submit tenders in the form of electronic catalogues or to attach electronic catalogues to the tender; 40.1.7. Execution by the Contractor of an on-site inspection or verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on-site at the Contracting Authority. (Concerns lots 1-17 of the contract) 40.2 The contracting authority provides for the right of option (respectively for a given lot of the contract) under Article 441 of the Public Procurement Act – the contracting authority may exercise the right of option during the term of the contract. – The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option and ordering additional works listed in Annex 2A to the contract – Pricing form, under the conditions set out in the model contract. - The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor of the exercise of the right of option by means of a unilateral declaration of intent. In the event of failure to submit such a statement by the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall not be entitled to a claim for the implementation of the scope of the optional contract. The Contracting Authority may notify the Contractor of the exercise of the option right during any period of this contract. - The lack of a written declaration of intent on the part of the Ordering Party to exercise the right of option may not constitute grounds for the performance of an optional contract by the Contractor. - The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out the contract in stages under the right of option, as well as to exercise this right in part, depending on the needs and available financial resources. - All provisions of this contract also apply to the contract under the right of option. 40.3 Prior to the initiation of the procedure, the Contracting Authority did not conduct preliminary market consultations. 40.4 Scope and conditions of amendments to the concluded contract - matters relating to the contract are regulated in the Essential provisions of the contract Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ (Concerns parts 1-17 of the contract) 6. DATE OF CONTRACT EXECUTION Date of order execution: from the date of signature of the contract until 30.11.2027 (concerns lots 1-17 of the contract) 27 INFORMATION ON PROCUREMENTS PROVIDED FOR AS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214(1) IF THE CONTRACTING PARTY PROVIDES FOR THE DISCHARGE OF SUCH CONTRACTS, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services pursuant to Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act up to 100% of the value of the basic contract. • in the case of providing financial resources, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the order consisting in the repetition of similar services and ordering additional works; • the condition for using the order consisting in the repetition of similar services is that the Ordering Party conducts negotiations with the Contractor, during which it will determine the material scope of the order and the date of its performance.
