Description

Pour chaque lot, l'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale qui court à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025 inclus. Il pourra être reconduit 3 fois, par périodes successives d'un an. Les prestations s'exécutent au moyen de bons de commande avec, pour chaque lot, un minimum et un maximum fixés pour la période initiale et chaque période de reconduction éventuelle. Pour chaque lot, les livraisons devront être effectuées dans les différents sites du Département de la Creuse, dont les adresses sont listées à l'annexe n°1 du C.C.T.P. Le cas échéant, chaque bon de commande précisera le lieu de livraison. Les bons de commande seront émis au fur et à mesure des besoins. L'émission des bons de commande pourra intervenir jusqu'au dernier jour de validité de l'accord-cadre
