Description

Multi-contractor framework agreement with subsequent contracts (2 contractors for each of the 2 lots) for decentralised mid-term or ex-post evaluations, projects or “clusters of projects” in 6 Sahel countries (Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Chad), as part of the AFD’s evaluation policy. The framework agreement includes a flat-rate part corresponding to the 1st year of services. This party shall be enforceable upon notification of the framework agreement, without a call for competition from the holders of the framework agreement. The services in subsequent years shall be the subject of subsequent contracts awarded following a call for competition between the holders of the framework agreement.
