Description

De provincie Groningen wil toewerken naar één samenhangend CMS-platform waarin alle provinciale websites, waaronder De Staat van Groningen (DSVG), uniform worden beheerd, gehost en doorontwikkeld. De huidige versnipperde situatie met meerdere systemen en leveranciers vergroot de complexiteit en beperkt de slagkracht. Om die reden wordt gekozen voor een gefaseerde aanpak: eerst een gecontroleerde migratie naar één stabiele omgeving onder regie van de opdrachtnemer, vervolgens een redesign op basis van een gezamenlijke analyse, en uiteindelijk de verdere integratie van DSVG binnen de provinciale webomgeving. Het doel is om beleidsdoelen, uitvoering en resultaten op een begrijpelijke en samenhangende manier voor de eigen organisatie en inwoners zichtbaar te maken.
