Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of reagents in eight lots (hereinafter referred to as interchangeable ‘ranges’ or ‘packages’): 1) Scope 1 – supply of HLA-B27 microarray plates and molecular level reaction reagents, molecular reaction control kits and consumables together with the lease of specialised hybridisation reaction equipment; 2) Scope 2 – supply of reagents for haemostasis diagnostic tests together with lease of an automatic analyser for determination of coagulological parameters; 3) Scope 3 – supply of reagents and consumables for the performance of RK and ionised calcium determinations together with the lease of an automatic analyser for the determination of critical parameters of RKZ and ionised calcium; 4) Scope 4 - supply of reagents and consumables for protein separation by capillary electrophoresis and immunotyping in serum and urine together with the lease of the analyzer; 5) Scope 5 - supply of reagents and consumables for the execution of ELISA determinations together with the lease of equipment for their execution; 6) Scope 6 - supply of reagents and consumables for the IGRA test for the detection of latent tuberculosis along with the lease of equipment for their execution; 7) Scope 7 - supply of reagents for the determination of specific proteins by immunoturbidimetric or immunonephelometric method together with the lease of the analyzer for their execution; 8) Scope 8 - supply of reagents and consumables for the diagnosis of mycobacterium tubercylosis using the IGRA method (based on the ELISPOT method) together with the lease of devices for their performance. - to the Central Clinical Laboratory of the Contracting Authority. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes this FTZ and: 1) Annex 1 - Tender form; 2) Annex 2 - Compilation of limit values for ranges 1 - 8; 3) Annex 2A - assortment and price form for ranges 1-8; 4) Annex 3 – draft provisions of the Agreement.
