Description

The subject of the contract is the lease of approximately 90 digital lines 2.048 Mbit/s and one STM-16 line (2.488320 Gbit/s) for the technological needs of PSE S.A.
Due to the high reliability and quality parameters required, the links must be compiled on the basis of wired media. The procurer shall not permit over any section of any wireless connection. The connections shall be compiled on the basis of a fibre-optic network.
The contracting authority provides for a contractual right of up to 20 % of the gross tender value of the leased lines.
Details will be set out in the Specifications of the Essential Contract Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: ToR) at a later stage of the proceedings.
