The subject-matter of this contract is the implementation by the Contractor of the entire investment in the ‘design and build’ formula in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract provided for in the procedure conducted under the open tender procedure entitled ‘Installation of photovoltaic installations in the M. Kopernik Provincial Multispecialist Centre for Oncology and Traumatology in Łódź’. In particular, the subject-matter of the contract includes: a) Execution of the construction and executive design of all industries in accordance with the subject of the contract, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and obtaining a construction permit or notification of construction works not requiring a construction permit (if required). b) Execution of construction works related to the installation of photovoltaic installations on the premises of the Hospital: a. Performing the supervision of the author of the project in the scope referred to in the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (Journal of Laws 2023, item 682, i.e. with subsequent amendments), b. Arranging and carrying out the necessary tests, tests, measurements and acceptances, as well as final acceptance of the entirety of the works of a given stage being the subject of the contract, c. Drawing up on behalf of the Employer a notification of the commencement and completion of works and obtaining permits required by law necessary for the construction of the facility and putting it into use (if required). c) Settlement of co-financing allocated for this task by the WFOŚiGW in Łódź.
