Supply, installation, commissioning, personal training and service during the warranty period - medical equipment under the HEALTH PROGRAMME “Equipment type investments in the public infrastructure of health units treating critical patient with acute cerebral vascular pathology – AUCTION 3 – according to specifications and technical specifications, the technical requirements defined at the level of the contract notice, tender specifications or other complementary documents, by reference to standards, to a specific manufacturer, to trademarks, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/provision/execution method, will be understood as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”. At the same time, in order to comply with the principles of non-discrimination and equal treatment, any product/equipment name (in the tender) referring to a specific manufacturer, trade marks, patents, types, origin or production/specific method of manufacture/supply/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. The term of delivery, installation, commissioning and personal training is maximum 60 days from the receipt of the order from the contracting authority. The place of delivery of the equipment is Oradea, str.Gh Doja, nr.65. The minimum warranty period granted to the equipment is 24 months from the date of final reception.
