This call for tenders concerns the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) for contracts relating to the hiring of external personnel and (advisory) services.
With the establishment of the DAS, the Scheldestromen Water Board aims to be able to award contracts for the hiring of external personnel and (advisory) services in a simple and fast manner on the basis of an Agreement. For the time being, the DAS only covers one field, namely Purchasing Advisory Services. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to add other disciplines to the scope of the DAS during the term of the DAS.
