Greece-Zakinthos: Engineering design services
The study to be carried out will include the construction of a new road which will bypass the settlement of Agios Dimitrios. It will be part of the 6th Provincial Road of Zakynthos Volimes within the boundaries of the municipal unit of Alykes. The construction of this road will reduce the times of the through traffic that currently passes through the densely built settlement of Agios Dimitrios and will significantly increase road safety for access to the entire northeastern part of Zakynthos. The length of the proposed new road is estimated at about 2,200 meters and will constitute a new alignment throughout, the cross-section of which will be determined and documented in the context of the study. In addition, the study of two level nodes at the beginning and at the end of the alignment will be carried out.
