Description

1. The subject-matter of this contract is the provision of maintenance services for medical imaging diagnostic equipment for the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża, in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. 2. The conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in the model contract attached as Annex 7 to the SWZ. 3. The order is divided into two parts, called Packages. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. An offer for a Package is accepted as a partial offer. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or two Packages.
