Description

Following the recent financial crisis, the European Risk Board (ESRB) has highlighted the need to develop indicators for the commercial real estate market as an important part of preventing future financial crises. Indicators for commercial real estate are currently only available to a limited extent in many countries, including Denmark. The task consists of the provision of data relating to commercial real estate and consists of the following sub-tasks: - Organisation and establishment of the collection of the data requested by the customer - Contact with the owners of the commercial properties covered - Obtaining data from the commercial properties covered - Quality assurance of data before data is delivered to the customer - Documentation of data in the form of a note on prerequisites associated with data, which is necessary for a correct understanding and reading of data, as well as an overview of the content of the data provided (metadata).
