Description

The purpose of the public service concession is to define the conditions under which the concessionaire will carry out the tasks of financing, designing, constructing, maintaining, operating, managing, developing and promoting the planned tourist equipment, namely: -Strengthening the supply of eco-designed commercial tourist accommodation by creating a residential leisure park with between 120 and 180 accommodations for 2 to 10 people on plots of approximately 300 to 400 m located on the tourist area. -The creation of a multi-activity complex. This complex will integrate associated services such as catering, a shop of local products, a tourist information point, a play and leisure area including a swimming pool and any other activity. - The creation of a "Parc". Candidates are invited to propose any other activities or services that fit into this program and seem relevant to them to improve the tourist experience. The elements of the programme are set out in the Annex to this consultation Regulation (Annex 1). In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 1121-3 of the Public Order Code, the concessionaire assumes the economic risk associated with the operation of this service.
