Description

I. Functional requirements for the implementation of the e-Registration system integrated with the central e-Registration system: 1. Granting a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-transferable software license for the communication interface for the existing Integrated Information System InfoMedica / AMMS (hereinafter referred to as ZSI) with the Central E-Registration System of the Ministry of Health. 2. Providing an electronic license in accordance with point. 1. 3. Providing a paper proof of license acquisition in accordance with paragraph. 1. 4. Provision of copyright supervision service from the date of signing of the licence delivery protocol until 31.12.2027. 5. Implementation and configuration of the delivered software in accordance with the requirements described in the Description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. II. As part of the implementation work, the Ordering Party expects the implementation of the necessary functionalities within the provided modules supporting e-Registration. III. In terms of integration with the e-service called Central e-Registration, the Ordering Party requires meeting the requirements described below: 1. Integration of the e-Service with the P1 platform to the extent necessary to meet the requirements described in the specification, 2. Integration of e-Services with the Ordering Party's source systems in accordance with the requirements described in the assumptions for the implementation of e-Services (e-Registration), in particular functional, non-functional and security requirements, in the scope of the following Ordering Party's source systems: 2.1. HIS hospital / AOS – Asseco AMMS 6.10.06.95, 3. Integration of the implemented e-Service, in accordance with the requirements described in the SW of the implementation of e-reference services (e-Registration), in particular functional, non-functional and security requirements; 4. As part of the implementation of the project, the Contractor will also ensure full configuration of the system, including the full organizational structure and all dictionaries necessary to use the functionality of the e-Service. IV. The ordering party requires full system configuration and full system readiness as part of the production implementation.
