The subject of the contract is the supply of single-use medical equipment with the possibility of submitting partial tenders, according to 28 packages for the needs of the Provincial Specialist Hospital SP ZOZ im. Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński in Lublin with the possibility of submitting partial tenders – as specified in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is also: loan of a set of charger, generator and battery (package No. 23) and lease of the control unit, electrosurgical generator (package No. 24), together with technical and service support. The cost of service shall be borne by the Contractor. The loan agreement is Annex 4a to the FTZ and the lease agreement is Annex 4b to the FTZ.
