The clinics of the City of Cologne gGmbH (customer) currently operates a centrally administrable UPS structure in the network core rooms for the IT network infrastructure at the clinic locations of Merheim, Holweide and the Children's Hospital, consisting of 10x 8000VA UPS devices from Eaton. This construct is to be extended to all IT sub-distributors at all three locations. For this reason, the clinics intend to purchase the hardware listed in the service description as well as associated licenses for the already existing software IPM (Intelligent Power Manager from Eaton). The new UPS equipment must be put into operation by the contractor. The delivery must be made immediately, at the latest within 6 weeks of receipt of the notification of the award of the contract.
