În baza contractului vor fi executate lucrările de infrastructură pentru proiectul “DEZVOLTAREA INFRASTRUCTURII DE TRANSPORT ALTERNATIV ÎN MUNICIPIUL DEJ – punte pietonală și modernizare coridor infrastructură integrată în Ocna Dej” Cod SMIS 123525
Potrivit devizului general parte integrata a proiectului tehnic, valoarea totala a contractului de executie ce face obiectul prezentei proceduri este de 9.796.587,81 RON fara valoarea TVA.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 120 zile, iar autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari in 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
La solicitarile de clarificare venite dupa termenul limita indicat mai sus, autoritatea contractanta is rezerva dreptul de a nu formula raspuns.
