Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of audio-visual equipment for the modernisation of the congress room on the Letná site, in accordance with the specifications required in Annex 1 to the Treaty, including the installation, set-up and programming of the system (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”). The goods must only be original and new.
The supply of goods shall include in particular:
(a) the supply of goods specified further in this Treaty and Annex 1 thereto,
(b) installation, setting and programming of Goods;
(C) initial recovery of all goods delivered, including functionality testing;
(D) training of the Client’s operator;
(e) transmission of all documents relating to the Goods (guarantee sheets, operating instructions, operating instructions, etc.),
(F) final clean cleaning, including waste disposal;
