The purpose of the notice for the expression of interest is to carry out a prior market investigation with a view to identifying the economic operators to be invited to a competitive meeting concerning the award to a legal advisor of the consultancy and technical and specialist legal support service in connection with the transfer of the shares held by the public shareholders in Mediocredito Trentino Alto Adige S.p.A..
