Description

In order to ensure the conservation of the heritage and the continuity of the service, the COULOMMIERS COUNTRY OF BRIE AGGLOMÉRATION COMMUNITY delegates, at the expense and risk of the concessionaire, the operation of the public wastewater treatment service - collective sanitation and non-collective sanitation - to the NORD perimeter of its territorial jurisdiction consisting of the following municipalities: - Collective sanitation: Municipalities of Bussières, Chamigny, Citry, Changis-sur-Marne, Jouarre, La Ferté-sous-Jouarre, Luzancy, Méry-sur-Marne, Nanteuil-sur-Marne, Pierre-Levée, Reuil-en-Brie, Saâcy-sur-Marne, Sainte-Aulde, Saint-Jean-Les-Deux-Jumeaux, Sammeron, Sept-Sorts, Signy-Signets, Ussy-sur-Marne - Non-collective sanitation: Communes of Bassevelle, Bussières, Chamigny, Citry, Changis-sur-Marne, Jouarre, La Ferté- sous-Jouarre, Luzancy, Méry-sur-Marne, Nanteuil-sur-Marne, Pierre-Levée, Reuil-en-Brie, Saâcy-sur-Marne, Sainte-Aulde, Saint-Jean-Les-Deux-Jumeaux, Sammeron, Sept-Sorts, Signy-Signets, Ussy-sur-Marne. The following services are concerned: - Collection and treatment of waste water; - Non-collective sanitation management limited to facility controls. The nature and details of the services granted and the respective obligations of the delegating authority and the delegatee, as well as the resources made available to the future delegatee, shall be specified in the contract. The grantor shall in particular exercise the following prerogatives: - Determination of the structure and level of pricing of the service; - Provision to the Concessionaire of the goods necessary for the operation of the service; - Control of the operation of the service by the Dealer. The Contract is the subject of an integration action allowing the integration of people who are remote from employment, excluded from the labour market or encountering difficulties in accessing or maintaining employment.
