Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment, phantoms and defibrillators with equipment for the Medical University of Lublin, defined in four tasks (lots) as follows (Activity number/Project name):
1/life-saving equipment for the workshop;
2/equipment for teaching skills;
3/students diagnoses for children (2);
4/defibrilator with equipment.
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the summary of technical parameters/description of the subject-matter of the contract, which is attached as Annex 6 to the Specifications for Essential Contract Terms.
3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV):
33182100-0 – defibrillators
34152000-7 – Training simulators
4. The subject-matter of the contract, in addition to the delivery, includes the launch, testing and full training in service (at the place of delivery).
5. The contracting authority requires that equipment be offered for which the Contractor will provide a guarantee at least 24 months (tasks 1-3), at least 18 months (task 4).
Equivalent arrangements:
6. Whenever standards, trademarks, patents or origin are indicated in the description of the subject-matter of the contract in the tender specifications, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions.
7. An economic operator who invokes an equivalent solution must prove that the subject-matter of the contract he offers meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority.
8. The Contracting Authority considers equivalent to those whose standards, quality characteristics, technical and performance are identical or not worse than those indicated in the ToR and which meet all the requirements of the Contracting Authority as set out in the ToR.
In the event of doubts on the part of the Contracting Authority relating to the determination of equivalence of the tender submitted, all obligations relating to the confirmation of equivalence are incumbent on the Contractor (including the costs of any expert opinions).
