Description

The subject matter of the contract is: Exercising construction supervision in the execution of construction works on a project: ‘Reconstruction and repair of sports infrastructure’ in Plot I, Quarter 32 /land property with cadastral map identifier 18229.501.291/ according to the plan of the village of Galabets, Pomorie municipality. Site category: Category V, according to Article 10(1)(6) of Ordinance № 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works – ‘playgrounds located outdoors’. According to the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the selected contractor should carry out construction supervision of the relevant parts when carrying out construction works on a project: ‘Reconstruction and repair of sports infrastructure’ in Plot I, Quarter 32 /land property with cadastral map identifier 18229.501.291/ according to the plan of the village of Galabets, Pomorie Municipality • Quality and regulatory performance of the planned construction works. • Implementation of construction and installation works in accordance with the investment project and legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria. Description of construction supervision activities: Exercising construction supervision: The contractor is responsible for its activities and obligations as a participant in the investment process regulated in Articles 166 and 168 of the Spatial Development Act, as well as those arising from Article 178 of the Spatial Development Act and other applicable provisions of the legislation in force. Construction supervision is carried out in the mandatory scope in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act, the requirements of Ordinance № 3 of 31 July 2003 on the drawing up of acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements for construction works and assessing the conformity of construction products and all laws and regulations in the field of construction in Bulgaria.
