Description

The envisaged market is a CP, CPI and PF type market depending on the sites concerned. The services to be provided include: - P1: Supply of heating energy and DHW (natural gas, wood and FOD); - P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations (including supply of water treatment products); - P3: Major maintenance, renewal and total guarantee of the installations; - Ancillary work: Ancillary work carried out under the contract. The contract shall be remunerated by means of mixed prices comprising: Part at unit prices without a minimum but with a maximum - For service P1 Heating of sites managed under a CP-type contract: Fuel market and benefits, - For non-guarantee benefits P3, known as P5. The services will be the subject of order forms which may vary within the following limits, in accordance with the provisions of Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code: Minimum threshold: Without minimum - Maximum threshold over the overall duration of the contract (6 years): 3 850 000?
