I-Reggio Emilia: hygiene monitoring and testing equipment
Qualification system for the establishment of a list of undertakings for the “supply, operation and maintenance of fixed and mobile air quality monitoring stations and weather stations”.
The system will essentially consist of the establishment of negotiated procurement procedures with the following main components:
— analysers for the determination of dust (PM10-PM2,5) with integrated particle counters, in accordance with national legislation,
— multi-channel optical particle counters which can be integrated into the automatic PM10 and PM2,5 measuring instrumentation, based on the ‘scattering laser’ measurement principle,
— analysers for the determination of oxides of nitrogen (NOx),
— analysers for the determination of benzene and other aromatic hydrocarbons (BTEX),
— analysers for the determination of sulphur dioxide (SO2) complying with national legislation,
— mercury (Hg) analysers that comply with national legislation,
— ammonia (NO + NOx NH3) analysers, based on the ‘chemiluminescence’ measurement principle,
— weather sensors, according to Wno (World Meteorology Organisation), for the determination of wind direction and speed, outside temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, solar radiation, rain,
— equipment management system and acquisition, processing, validation, storage, display, data transmission,
— service for the operation and maintenance of the ‘equipment’ to be supplied.
In general, analysers will have to ensure equivalence with the technical standards resulting from existing legislation.
