Description

The district of Darmstadt-Dieburg (client = AG) intends to build an inclusive, three-course primary school with all-day care on the property of the existing Astrid Lindgren Elementary School (ALS) in Weiterstadt-Braunshardt. In addition to a new construction project (building 009), two existing buildings are also being renovated (buildings 004 and 005). Like the two existing buildings, the new building is planned as a complete timber construction. As part of the new construction and renovation of the existing buildings, ventilation and refrigeration installations are required in all three buildings. Main quantities: - 5 pcs compact ventilation units with WRG in passive house standard 1,240 cbm/h to 4,700 cbm/h - 60 pcs motorized fire dampers - 2 pcs split cooling systems each 2.5 kW cooling capacity (computer cooling) - approx. ducts and fittings - approx. 750 m ducts: 1000 sqm insulation of air ducts with mineral wool and flexible elastomer foam
