This document is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a request for information in the form of a market prospection. During the winter of 2025, the procurement services of the Education Division will publish a tendering procedure: Zone 1; food, cleanliness and destination manager services. Area 1 competitive tendering includes about 50 daycare centres and comprehensive schools of the City of Helsinki, upper secondary school and the Helsinki Vocational College. The planned contract period is 4 + 2 years. Some of the properties include the transfer of the Service Centre's business. The target screens will be organised according to the preliminary schedule in January 2025. Please register for the Market Dialogue by 12 noon on 24 October 2025 at the following address: kasko.hankinnat@hel.fi. Please write "Registration to the Market Dialogue Area 1" in the title. The market dialogue shall take place in writing. Those who have registered for the market dialogue will be sent more information about the planned content of the future procurement and questions about the upcoming tendering process. The request for information is carried out in Finnish.
