Description

The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor for a one-stop-shop IT service and IT infrastructure management at the University of the National Education Commission in Kraków. The scope of the contract shall cover in particular: managing the University’s server and network resources, managing the central software used by the Contracting Authority, coordinating work with all external suppliers providing services linked to the functioning of the University, technical support for the staff of the University during working hours and at the Contracting Authority’s premises. The detailed scope of the contract was included in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the ToR.
