Hankinnan kohteena ovat asiakaslähtöisyyden ja tarjoaman kehittämiseen liittyvät projektit, kuten asiakaskeskeisyyteen (kuten asiakaskeskeisen kulttuurin mittaamista CX maturity, asiakkaiden osallistaminen toiminnan kehittämiseen (muutenkin kuin yksittäinen palvelu), ohjeistuksia tai koulutusta yms), asiakkuuksien johtamiseen, palveluportfolionhallintaan, palvelukehitykseen ja yksittäisten palveluiden konseptointiin liittyvät projektit. Palveluiden kehittämiseen liittyy vahvasti myös digitaalisten ja Ai-lähtöisten palveluiden kehittäminen, niin osana Tilaajan olemassa olevia palveluita kuin Tilaajalle tulevia uusia palveluja.
