Description

The construction works are carried out in accordance with Part Three ‘Construction’ of the Spatial Development Act and start after the signing of a Protocol (Model Act) on the continuation of the construction (Annex No 11 to Regulation No 3 of 31 July 2003 on the drawing up of acts and protocols during construction). The contractor should carry out the construction and assembly works in accordance with the draft and the requirements of the Assignor (Technical Specification/Design Terms of Reference), as well as on the basis of the issued building permit and the orders given in writing in the Order Book of the Construction. The technical implementation of the different types of works must comply with the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation, the technical specifications of the construction products, materials and equipment used in the construction, and the good construction practices in Bulgaria and Europe. The expected result of the qualitatively performed construction and installation works, in accordance with the requirements of the technical design, is that the completion of the construction and installation works of the building of the Concert Hall ‘Prof. Ivan Vulpe’, ROU III-32, CGCH, Burgas will lead to the successful completion of all the planned works and the commissioning of the site.
