Description

This framework agreement with order forms of no minimum or maximum consists of the renewal, restructuring and creation of roads and public spaces, the creation of sanitation and the installation of urban furniture. Definition of level 2 road works: maintenance and major maintenance, where applicable, up to EUR 300 000 excluding tax for road maintenance and up to EUR 500 000 excluding tax for works on the roads of the AZs, given that each street is to be regarded as a separate unit, it is specified that the thresholds are ceiling amounts but that major maintenance work may be the subject of separate operations if the nature of the services and the technical nature to be implemented so require.
