Cyber-secure Local Government – supply of equipment for the District Office in Kwidzyn.
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for the District Office in Kwidzyn as part of the implementation of the project entitled: Support for building cybersecurity in the Kwidzyn district under the European Funds for Digital Development Programme 2021-2027 (FERC) Priority II: Advanced digital services Action 2.2. – Strengthening the national cybersecurity system: Part No 1- Supply of the Switch 25GB/s device - in configuration in accordance with the requirements in the description of the subject-matter of the contract Part No 2 - Supply of a disk array with 12 SAS disks - in configuration in accordance with the requirements in the description of the subject-matter of the contract Part No 3 - Supply of the NAS device with a fiber optic card, inserts, and 6 16TB disks - in configuration in accordance with the requirements in the description of the subject-matter of the contract. 1.1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1A-1C to the FTZ. 2.Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) names and codes: - 31214100-0 - Switches, - 30233141-1 - Excess matrix of independent disks (RAID), - 30233140-4 - Direct Access Storage Devices (DASD), 3.The Ordering Party allows the use of devices and materials equivalent to the quality and raw materials used to make them to the materials and devices specified in the order documents (SWZ and annexes). 4.If the trade name of the company, commodity or product is indicated in the order documents (SWZ and annexes), the Ordering Party - in relation to the parameters or data (technical or any other) directly or indirectly identifying the commodity or product indicated directly in the order documentation - allows equivalent solutions in accordance with the technical data and parameters contained in the aforementioned documentation. Equivalent solutions should be understood as solutions characterized by parameters not inferior to those required and included in the documentation. 5.Wherever in the procurement documents (SWZ and annexes) there are references to Polish Standards, it is permissible to use the relevant standards of the European Union countries, to the extent adopted by Polish legislation. 6.Wherever the procurement documents (SWZ and its annexes) mention trademarks, patents or origin when describing the materials or equipment used, it shall be presumed that equivalent materials or equipment may be used. The indication of the trade mark, patent or origin is merely illustrative and is used to determine the quality standards and class required for the materials or equipment used. Where the standards and regulations invoked are national or relate to a particular country or region, other appropriate standards providing an equal or higher level of performance than the standards or regulations invoked may also be applied.
