Description

The purpose of this tender is to select a Contractor to make a design for the new Stella Nova child centre in Lelystad. The elaboration of the Assignment includes the elaboration of the Program of Requirements (hereafter PvE) on all design disciplines from the SO to a, VO, DO and a TO, including the preparation and submission of the application for the necessary environmental permit for the realization phase. The Assignment aims to achieve a good and sound TO, as well as to obtain an irrevocable environmental permit for the realization of a new child center Stella Nova. For this Assignment, it has been chosen to include these under the General Purchasing Conditions for design and consultancy services - DNR Lelystad Dec 2021, of the Client, which has been added as an Annex. The Client applies a task-setting budget with a maximum of consultant costs of € 550,000 excl VAT. If the proposed task-setting budget exceeds € 550,000 excl. VAT, the registration will be discarded. This means that the tender will be excluded from the further procedure and will no longer be eligible for the further procedure. Registration with a lower task setting budget is of course allowed.
