‘Supply and installation of equipment for the construction of research infrastructure for the needs of the Fund to Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski under agreement D01-173/28.07.2022 between the Ministry of Education and Science and Sofia University’, for the construction of a site in a national roadmap for scientific infrastructure (NRCNI) ‘Extreme coherent light in the middle infrared and X-ray areas as laboratory infrastructure (HEFEST)’.
The object of the public procurement is ‘supply of goods’ within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act, and the selected contractor(s) must carry out ‘Supply and installation of equipment for the construction of research infrastructure for the needs of the Faculty of Physics at Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ under Agreement D01-173/28.07.2022 between the Ministry of Education and Science and Sofia University’ under 6 lots, Lot No 1: ‘Supply and installation of an optical kit for supercompression of high-energy laser pulses to several optical field periods by non-linear phase modulation for YB-laser systems’ ‘Supply of an optical-mechanical kit for the development and testing of a new "invisible stealth" technology, laser chip separation on silicon semi-aqueous wafers (Si)’ Lot 3: ‘Supply of an optical system for the study of ultra-fast processes by detecting weak photon flows in luminescence and fluorescence with fast (picosecond to millisecond) time resolution using the time correlated single-photon counting method’ Lot 4: ‘Supply of two x-ray cameras operating entirely in a vacuum system’ Lot 5: ‘Supply of two unique x-ray systems with record-breaking space-time resolution’ Lot 6: ‘Supply of a Lock-in Amplifier for Measurement of Very Low Light Signals with High Repetition Frequency’, for the purposes of project under agreement No D01-173/28.07.2022. A detailed description of the requirements for the performance of the contract, the parameters of the APARTURES subject to the contract, the quantities and the values are contained in Part II. ‘TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION’ of the documentation. 3.2. The execution of the contract includes 2 stages: The stages of the execution of the contract are as follows: 1) Delivery of the equipment in the building of the Faculty of Physics (FzF) of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". 2) Installation of the equipment in the building of the Faculty of Physics (FzF) of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" (applies only to lot 1). The completion of the delivery and installation of the equipment will be certified by signing a handover protocol by proper representatives of the contractor and the contracting authority. Important: The time limits for the execution of the stages should be consistent with the overall time limit for the execution of the order, which may not be longer than 90 days from the date of signature of the contract by both parties and its registration in the registry system of the Contracting Authority.
