Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment to ÚMG, Biocev Division. This includes the supply of the instruments listed below, including transport, installation, entry into service, testing, verification of the correct operation of the apparatus and their adjustment and training of operators, except in the case of Part 8, where the installation, putting into service, testing, verification of the correct operation of the apparatus and their adjustment and the induction of the operator are not required.
The contract is divided into 10 lots. In accordance with Section 98(4) of the Act, the provisions of the Act concerning the contracting authority’s procedures in the award procedure or the rights and obligations of the contractor apply to each individual lot of the public contract, unless otherwise provided by law. Tenderers may submit a tender for any lot or two or all lots.
